The latest glitch in the game is teleporting chest loot to a different location, and it’s getting pretty annoying for players.

Player feedback is one of the many things Epic takes very seriously that it aims to fix in every major weekly update or minor hotfixes from time to time. Often there are times when these bugs can get pretty annoying as they affect the overall gameplay experience for the player.

Fortnite players have seen bugs ranging from being stuck under the map or taking fall damage after jumping off a launch pad. From pros to content creators, each one of them took to social media to call on the developers to “fix the game”.

However, a recent update, v21.30, left a bug that has tested the patience of every Fortnite player active this season – potentially the most annoying Fortnite bug of all time. Here’s everything we know about it so far.

Fortnite bug teleports chests loots to other locations

A strange Fortnite bug that is going viral right now on social media is the Loot Chests bug. It all began when Epic added the update v21.30 and introduced players to this year’s summer event, No Sweat Summer.

The update also saw the addition of Prime Shotgun which is considered to be the best shotgun in Chapter 3. While all the additions are fascinating and exciting to the players, the bug the update left in the game is still haunting players who are failing to win a game like they used to.

The bug, as shown in the clip above, teleports the chest loot to a nearby location outside if a player opens a chest box inside a building. This is pretty annoying as it doesn’t let the player farm loot fast as they usually would while landing on a hot drop.

Players have already started uploading their clips of the loot chest bug and are calling out the game to come out and fix this issue. This bug also creates double the work for those players who like to play a fast-paced Battle Royale match.

Joining in the conversation are a few FNCS players who feel that this bug might cost them several games where they would end up losing on a major competitive level. The entire community has joined hands together to ask the developers to fix the game at the earliest.

While Fortnite has not addressed this issue on their social media handles or on the Trello board could also mean that players in higher ping regions might be the only ones experiencing the bug. However, the player base is still keeping their hopes high to get these issues fixed as soon as possible.

As bugs and glitches continue to add to several issues Fortnite is filled with, events like No Sweat Summer keep the community excited for more in-game content and freebies that they can get. The challenges for No Sweat Summer are live in-game now and players can redeem their share of rewards upon completing them.

How to use Ice Cream cones in Fortnite Season 3 https://www.fortniteintel.com/how-to-use-ice-cream-cones-in-fortnite-season-3/41572/ Tue, 19 Jul 2022 08:15:16 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41572 Of a wide range of consumables on the island, Ice Cream cones are by far the most interesting consumables that are soon to arrive in Fortnite. According to various leaks, the cones will have their own different abilities and will each be of a different color. Here’s a guide on how to use them.

Fortnite has had a history of interesting consumables that have been around since Chapter 1. From Shield to Slurp Mushrooms, the way players gain health and shields in the game has relatively changed over the years.

Ever since fishing arrived at the Battle Royale island in Chapter 2, the consumables in the game saw a huge variation ranging from fishes that can give thermal vision, faster speed, hopping powers, and revealed the enemy locations.

Similarly, the consumables ranging from Chillies to Coconuts also have the same abilities apart from their health-granting prowess. In a recent game update v21.30, leaks showed that an Ice Cream cone consumable will soon arrive in Fortnite and it can feature in several variations, giving different abilities.

How to use Ice Cream cones

Ice Creams are the next soon-to-be-released consumables that will be added to Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 island. The consumable has 4 different types of cones namely Freeze, Guzzle, Chug, and Spicy.

All of the above-mentioned variants are based on existing consumables in Fortnite that have a similar ability. There has been no news so far of how they will function or where can one get them but for the use case, anyone can use it like a regular consumable and it will grant health or shield based on that.

The stats shown above indicate every cone’s health and shield stats that they grant a player upon consumption. The upcoming summer update has the community hyped more than ever before with more leaks surfacing after the update v21.30.

It sure seems like Ice Cream cones will be the next favorite consumables that the community would be using on the go during their fast-paced battles. However, once the summer update drops, we’ll update this article with more info on how to use them.

Fortnite nerfs the Visualize Sound Effects range in Season 3 update https://www.fortniteintel.com/fortnite-nerfs-the-visualize-sound-effects-range-in-season-3-update/41359/ Wed, 29 Jun 2022 16:02:57 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41359 After a long wait, Epic finally fixes the most broken feature of Fortnite that sweats were just tired of ever since the beginning of Chapter 3. Visualize Sound Effects was a feature which was recently nerfed in an update where players got to experience it as they jumped into a Battle Royale match.

Fortnite has had a history of broken features and glitches that have been well exploited by the player community over the last few years. From XP Glitch Maps to weapons meta, players have been using these exploits to gain a gameplay advantage that sometimes ends up getting them banned for their actions.

While some actions or exploits get them banned, others are just bugs in the game that is an error from the developer’s end that they take it casual enough to fix. One such exploit that was legit in the game was Visualize Sound Effects in sound settings.

When one enables the option, they can see visual cues of chests, gunfire, footsteps, reboot vans or even if someone is healing nearby. This then aids a player in judging the direction where the activity is happening and respond to it.

Ever since Chapter 3, this option was broken as players were able to hear the sound of gunfire, footsteps or even healing from afar which was an advantage to several sweats who always love to rush their opponents and engage in close combat. But in a recent update in Season 3, Epic finally decided to nerf it for good.

Epic nerfs Visualize Audio range as it’s not broken anymore

In last week’s update of v21.10, Epic nerfed the range of Visualize Sound Effects option as it was one of the most broken features in the game. Players weren’t informed nor were aware of this major change that took place in Fortnite until they tried it out themselves.

The update has fixed the distance and the radius of the Visual Audio cues one gets upon going near Chests, hearing footsteps or gunfire. After the update, players will only be able to see visual cues if they are approx. 100m close to the objects or their opponents which is a major relief to casual players or campers.

While casual players or noobs enjoy this news, sweats are surely unhappy and so are players who basically need these hearing aid options in-game to help them orient their gameplay. Moreover, this major change by Epic in one of the oldest Fortnite settings was not announced in any of the patch notes or their official Twitter handle, which it should have, according to the player-base.

However, players think that this fix might be a random update as Visual Audio has always been messy in-game ever since it was added. From reboot vans sounding from miles away to footsteps being heard from a long distance, Epic still needs to put in some work to fix those audio issues.

Fortnite reveals new July Crew Pack skin https://www.fortniteintel.com/fortnite-reveals-new-july-crew-pack-skin/41363/ Tue, 28 Jun 2022 04:26:49 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41363 Fortnite Crew skins hold their exclusivity as these in-game cosmetic usually do not arrive to the item shop and are availed by those who additionally purchase the pack. However, this time around it arrives with an exclusive Save The World access that is pretty unusual for a Crew Pack to feature other than the traditional V-Bucks and a Battle Pass.

With the release of Chapter 3 Season 3, players saw the arrival of several characters and new outfits in the Battle Pass that they have been waiting for. From Darth Vader to Indiana Jones, loopers are enjoying the grind to unlock their favorite skins in the Battle Pass and also purchasing the newest Naruto Collab skins from the Item Shop.

However, apart from the traditional Item Shop cosmetics, this time around players seem to love the Save The World Skate Park Royalty pack and are not hesitating to cop the exclusive outfit. Although, some were still waiting for the Crew Pack to hit the Item Shop to make their choice between the two as the latter offers a hefty amount of V-Bucks and the season’s Battle Pass.

As loopers saw some major changes arrive in the v21.10 update last week, Epic announced its July Crew Pack cosmetics which come with the usual combo but this time around, also comes with an exclusive Save The World access to subscribers.

Phaedra arrives to the island with July Fortnite Crew Pack

Fortnite July Crew pack brings ‘A dark sea witch with unknowable power’ to the game. Phaedra hits the Item Shop on July 1st with the rest of the crew pack bonuses subscribers usually get.

The July Crew pack features a Phaedra outfit with an additional selectable style, a Ceph back bling that looks like a squid, an Inky Reflection Loading Screen, a Gothic Shadesoarer glider and a Stygian Parasol pickaxe, both of which resembles an umbrella. How to get Starmapping Wrap for free in Fortnite Season 3 https://www.fortniteintel.com/how-to-get-starmapping-wrap-for-free-in-fortnite-season-3/41294/ Thu, 23 Jun 2022 03:47:10 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41294 An exclusive PlayStation based tournament is incoming later this month for console players and rewards each participant with a free wrap. Alongside it, winners are in for cash prizes and the prize pool this time around is extremely generous.

Fortnite and PlayStation has had a bunch of collabs ranging from tournaments to exclusive skin packs and the console platform rewarding players with free skins as part of their premium membership program. These cosmetics are highly exclusive and still have a good reputation amongst the player base.

However, there is a separate exclusivity for those cosmetics which one can win or reward themselves with upon playing a certain tournament and grabbing those rewards. Several of these cosmetics are in the form of a cosmetic wrap, emoticon or even skins that sometimes never hit the Item Shop for others to purchase.

With the release of the latest Chapter 3 Season 3, players have just started introducing themselves to new tournaments and farming those Arena hype points to reach contender and champion league. While the grind continues, a console only tournament for PS4 & PS5 players is set to arrive later this month where players can get a free cosmetic wrap.

Play the June Fortnite PlayStation Cup to win a free wrap and more rewards

According to recent news, a Fortnite tournament is set to hit the game next week for PS4 & PS5 players only where they will have a chance to win a share of a whopping $116,750 which is placement based. However, there are several amounts allocated to each region depending upon the number of active player it hosts.

Moreover, the mode of tournament will be a regular Solos match with Builds enabled and a traditional Battle Royale will take place with all competitive features enabled. So you can jump in to the game without having to find a partner or team up with someone with bad comms or network lag.

Additionally, players who score more than 8 points throughout the tournament will receive a stunning Starmapping wrap that will be awarded once the tournament ends. The wrap will be available for players to equip in their locker and can only be availed between June 28 to June 30.

The wrap looks identical to several animated wraps that have hit the item shop before as well. However, the PS exclusive wrap will hold its exclusivity as only console players will be able to flaunt them like they do with OG skins like Neo Versa etc.

Where to find Darth Vader NPC in Fortnite Season 3 https://www.fortniteintel.com/where-to-find-darth-vader-npc-in-fortnite-season-3/41255/ Wed, 22 Jun 2022 02:54:38 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41255 Darth Vader was recently added as an NPC boss in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 island with the latest v21.10 update. Ever since his arrival in the Battle Pass and flamboyant show of abilities in the trailer for this season, loopers have been dying to engage with him in a Duel of Fates.

Fortnite and Star Wars collaborations grow stronger everyday as more and more characters from the famous space saga join the loop. First there was Kylo Ren, Rey and members of the new trilogy, alongside Imperial Stormtroopers, then came the bounty hunters with the likes of Mandalorian and Boba Fett and now the original and prequel trilogy characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader have arrived to the island.

With the release of the trailer for Fortnite Season 3, Vibin’, players saw Darth Vader’s Lightsaber and his force pull and choke abilities for the first time in-game and have been waiting for the moment to get their hands on both. Unfortunately, the force can only be wielded by the Sith Lord himself, his lightsaber is up for grabs to whoever defeats him. Here’s where you can find and fight him and his Imperial forces.

Battle Darth Vader on the island now

Darth Vader is a random spawn NPC who flies alongside the Battle Bus when players get into a match. Him and his fleet of Imperial Stormtroopers can be seen flying in a Lambda Class Shuttle Vehicle where you need to track where the shuttle lands and accordingly choose your drop spot.

Although, it is advised that you shouldn’t directly drop at the exact same spot where his ship lands as you won’t have a weapon to battle him with. Moreover, as soon as he spots an enemy, he takes out his lightsaber and throws it towards them and if you try to escape him, he would force pull you towards him, while his nasty Stormtroopers keep on firing at you with their E-11 Blaster Rifles.

So it is advised that you land at a spot closest to the shuttle where you can farm some loot as well as consumables. That way, you’d be fully stacked to take on the Sith Lord as well as the Stormtroopers surrounding him.

Once you eliminate him, you will be able to wield his Mythic Red Lightsaber which offers heavy damage, blocking as well as a jump slash attack. Moreover, you can also claim the E-11 Blaster Rifles that the Stormtroopers would drop so you can have access to both the weapons to choose from, depending upon the battle you engage in.

However, wherever Vader’s shuttle lands, the POI usually has a high rate of Chest Spawns so you can take a risk and land there to claim your fight with the Sith Lord at first. Although it might be risky and dangerous, it is worthy enough to engage in a duel and claim the High Ground to impress Vader.

How to get the Skate Park Royalty STW pack in Fortnite Season 3 https://www.fortniteintel.com/how-to-get-the-skate-park-royalty-stw-pack-in-fortnite-season-3/41225/ Tue, 21 Jun 2022 03:33:12 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41225 Fortnite’s seasonal Save The World packs always offer a great cosmetic item, a bunch of V-Bucks and access to the exclusive PVE campaign that OG players still love. This season brings a fresh cosmetic Skate Park Royalty pack to the shop and loopers are digging it’s vibe.

Ever since Save The World came out of Early Access, it has been fairly accessible to all players alike as it comes along with a separate item shop pack which not only offers the game, but rewards that loopers can use in Battle Royale modes as well. Gone are the days when upon purchasing a STW pack used to give daily V-Bucks to players and Bonus Quests where they could farm V-Bucks.

As some would say the game mode is nearly dead, Fortnite keeps updating its world every once in a while and keeps on fixing its issues so it stays intact with its niche community of players. From adding animals to the game to introducing new Loot Llamas, Epic has been putting in the work to keep the game alive while they can.

However, the only thing about the mode that attracts the player base is the bonus cosmetics and V-Bucks a player gets upon purchasing the game mode. With the launch of Season 3, where the island is colorful and loopers are vibing, a skater appears in the latest STW pack.

Fortnite releases Skate Park Royalty Pack to Season 3

Fortnite announced the latest Save The World pack this season named Skate Park Royalty Pack. The pack includes cosmetics like the Toni outfit, Ollie Oop Backbling, Inline Impacter Pickaxe which are all skate themed.

Moreover, the pack rewards the players with an exclusive access to Save the World PVE Campaign as well as a whopping 1500 V-Bucks to use across all game modes. However, the price of the pack is $15.99 USD (US) | £12.99 Pound Sterling (UK) .

Loopers can purchase this pack from Epic Games Store or the Fortnite Item Shop. The pack received positive reviews from the player base and pros who are regular buyers of STW packs and stands its reputation alongside Metal Team Leader and more OG STW skins.

However, the future seems bright for Save the World players as features like Gyro and Flick Stick and Vault/Sprint are yet to be added to the game, which might be a possibility soon. Although more will be revealed later this season as the first update v21.10 drops today.

Fortnite to introduce Mitosis and other No Sweat Summer NPCs in Season 3 https://www.fortniteintel.com/fortnite-to-introduce-mitosis-and-other-no-sweat-summer-npcs-in-season-3/41207/ Mon, 20 Jun 2022 05:03:50 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41207 Brand-new Fortnite NPCs will soon arrive in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3. While some like Mitosis will be related to the Reality Tree storyline, others like Unpeely will cater to the No Sweat Summer theme.

After a nerve-wracking war in Chapter 3 Season 2, Fortnite has switched to a ‘Vibin’ theme and a summer event is right around the corner. Alongside Creative challenges for XP, there will be summer-themed NPCs on the island.

The biggest highlight of the Chapter 3 Season 3 storyline has been the Reality Tree, and an NPC named Mitosis related to this new phenomenon should also arrive in the coming weeks.

Everything to know about Mitosis NPC in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3

Not much is known about Mitosis at the moment, but leaker iFireMonkey has unearthed the following details about him through in-game files:

  • Mitosis will be a skin with 1-3 selectable styles and a glider.
  • Mitosis is a male skin

Interestingly, Mitosis is the process through which a cell divides itself. This is similar to the Reality Tree expanding its roots in locations like Logjam Lumberyard. You can even spot a small pink tree in these roots and rumors have suggested that another Reality Tree might grow on the island.

The Fortnite community calls the Reality Tree the Bloomwatcher. Mitosis could very well be the male version of the Reality Tree and there’s a leaked survey skin that resembles this description:

Fortnite survey skin
Leaked survey skin that could be Mitosis

A new Fortnite NPC will spawn in Tilted Towers

There’s another mysterious NPC in the files called The Underwriter. Epic Games is yet to give this character a face and an outfit, but it’s confirmed that they will spawn in Tilted Towers.

iFireMonkey believes that this NPC could be related to The Block 2.0. The codename for The Underwriter in the files is No Sweat which has made loopers even more curious about it.

Fortnite No Sweat Summer event to bring back Unpeely, Summer Drift, and other characters

With the upcoming 21.10 update, Fortnite will release the No Sweat Summer event which will revolve around Creative challenges for XP. However, the map will also undergo some changes and you can look forward to interacting with these characters:

  • Unpeely
  • Summer Drift
  • Envision
  • Boardwalk Ruby
  • Beach Bomber

It is safe to assume that these summer-themed NPCs won’t be around for a long time, and accordingly, visiting them won’t add to your collection book.

Last but not least, players are hoping that Epic Games will finally release a Summer Meowscles skin in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3. The skin has been teased repeatedly, and it can definitely help in making No Sweat Summer 2022 a massive success.

As it turns out, the map already has a location/house full of Meowscles’ items such as a litter box and a mat.

Final Fortnite x Zero War cover reveals Imagined Order vs Marvel and The Seven https://www.fortniteintel.com/final-fortnite-x-zero-war-cover-reveals-imagined-order-vs-marvel-and-the-seven/41137/ Fri, 17 Jun 2022 10:20:51 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41137 Fortnite and Marvel collaboration grows stronger every day as heroes and villains of both worlds collide in an epic storyline for the hunt of the elusive Zero Shard in Zero War comic series. Fans finally got the first issue last week which has them even more hyped for the epic finale the series promises.

The Zero War comic storyline is the second comic book collaboration between Marvel and Fortnite, with the first one being Nexus War during Chapter 2 Season 4 seasonal collab. The previous collaboration, however, did not reward the owners of the comics with in-game rewards. It was rather a free to read comic series where loopers enjoyed reading Thor and his adventures against Galactus.

However, the latest Zero War series is a 5 issue comic series written by Marvel veteran Christos Gage and Epic Games Chief Creative Officer Donald Mustard, with art from Sergio Davila. The series promises the buyers of the comic books with in-game rewards with every purchase alongside a surprise reward if they have all the 5 issues.

Moreover, the storyline of the comic focuses around a fragment of the Zero Point that has entered the Marvel universe and heroes are trying to hunt it down and save it from the grasps of Marvel villains and the Imagined Order. A latest cover of the final issue reveals the epic showdown that goes about which results in a major shift in the storyline.

Fortnite X Marvel Zero War issue #5 cover reveals the final battle between heroes and villains

Fortnite and Marvel collaborations are running wild as the Zero War comic series hits comic book stores worldwide. Fans of both the franchises are loving what writers have created intertwining both the worlds together into a form of epic storytelling.

The latest cover of issue #5, which is the final issue of the series was revealed by Marvel’s official website earlier this week. The cover promises an epic battle with a mix of Marvel heroes and The Seven going against the Imagined Order forces and Marvel villains.

Moreover, fans speculate that this is the battle that takes place right before the Collision live event as the IO forces gets defeated by The Paradigm’s Mecha, operated by her and the loopers. However, the cover also promises Dr. Doom playing a major role in shifting the magnitude of the battle in either of the sides as he was recruited by IO’s boss, Geno.

“There’ll be a few things you see in both the game and the comic—mostly in our final issue,” Gage told in a recent interview. “But for the most part, what happens in the game and what happens in the comic are different fronts in the same war. Some questions that players might have about the game are answered in the comic, and vice versa, though neither are required to follow the story in the other.”

The second issue for Fortnite X Marvel Zero War arrives July 13 to comic book stores and promises an exclusive Iron Man based reward to fans. More details will follow as the story keeps progressing.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 DaDoor is finally open https://www.fortniteintel.com/fortnite-chapter-3-season-3-dadoor-is-finally-open/41099/ Thu, 16 Jun 2022 09:00:51 +0000 http://www.fortniteintel.com/?p=41099 Ever since the release of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, loopers have been trying their best to open DaDoor near Reality Falls. After weeks of valiant efforts, we finally know what’s inside.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 received an overwhelmingly positive response from loopers owing to the wide range of map changes. Epic Games not only added new biomes and POIs but also concealed Easter Eggs like DaDoor.

The Lonely Door, a.k.a. DaDoor, had 5 trillion HP, and players around the world had to open it by using their pickaxes.

Fortnite community sets free the Ghost Henchmen and Last Reality Trespasser behind DaDoor

As it turns out, a Ghost henchman, a Shadow henchman, and the Last Reality Trespasser were stuck behind DaDoor all this time. However, they do not seem to be tensed about it.

If you visit DaDoor at the moment, the Ghost henchman will be playing the Ukulele on a rocking chair while the Shadow henchman will be ‘Vibin’ on a beach chair. In contrast, the Last Reality Trespasser will be a little worried about the future as he asks:

“Is there an establishment nearby that repairs chitinous plates?”

DaDoor in Fortnite is open
Three NPCs inside DaDoor in Fortnite

From the looks of it, the three cavemen will begin a new adventure in the coming weeks. As of now, they’re just celebrating their freedom.

How to open DaDoor in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3

Many players in the Fortnite community used Cow Catcher glitches to open DaDoor without depleting its 5 trillion HP. However, the door is now open for everyone and there is no need to rely on glitches.

DaDoor’s location has been marked in the image below:

DaDoor location in Fortnite
You can land near the Reality Tree in Reality Falls and go behind the waterfall to reach DaDoor.

Loopers no longer need to use their pickaxe to break the rocks at the entrance. It is worth noting that the NPCs are hostile, and you should avoid attacking them. They can collectively shoot and eliminate players within seconds and cannot be defeated like bosses.
